The client selected Streamline Health's Coding Audit Solutions and Services, replacing their incumbent provider, to help them conduct quarterly Inpatient (DRG) and Outpatient (APC) post-bill code audits beginning with their fourth quarter 2016 performance. Streamline Health's experienced Coding Audit Services staff will use the Company's CORE (Coding Opportunity Report Engine) audit management system every quarter in 2017 to help them audit patient records.
