Leading NYC Healthcare System Extends Licensing Agreement With Streamline Health

CINCINNATI, May 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (NasdaqCM: STRM), a leading provider of enterprise content management and business analytics solutions for healthcare organizations, today announced that Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center has extended its existing agreement relative to Streamline Health's Software as a Service (SaaS) model for an additional five years through a direct licensing agreement with the Company. Bronx-Lebanon is the largest voluntary, not-for-profit healthcare system serving the South and Central Bronx.  As part of the agreement, the system will continue to license Streamline Health's AccessAnyWare® content management system along with the Company's Health Information Management (HIM) workflows:  CodingWare, ReleaseWare, and CompletionWare.
